This clinic is designed for boys and girls ages 7-17 with
an emphasis on position-specific skills. Time will be spent on the following areas:
Developing proper footwork
Court positioning
Ball handling
Post-specific moves and finishes
Each session will teach proper warmup drills to increase mobility and reduce potential for injury.
Players with more than a basic understanding
of the game will benefit most from this clinic
.
